In the Slaughterhouse of Love: Romeo and Juliet
Directed by Erica Brennan, this production draws inspiration from the poetry of Jelaluddin Rumi and uses Shakespeare’s immortal words to challenge the audience and its cast to fall in love again without judgment, restriction, or cynicism.
This work is physical in its approach, non linear in its unfolding and obsessed with the fiercely loyal and tragic feelings of love we humans have for one another.
